IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS IS THE 2ND PROPOSED GROW, NOT THE GREENMILK LLC GROW THAT WAS DENIED BY THE COMMISSIONERS! IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO  NOTE THAT THE GREENMILK GROUP HAS APPEALED THE COMMISSIONS DECISION AND CONTINUED OBJECTION FOR THAT PROJECT WILL BE IMPORTANT.
